3Great Idea! Not Great Design!  Jun 23, 2006
By Rebecca Mckenzie
My husband and I bought this as a way to keep all our camping cooking stuff together. His two burner Coleman stove fits perfectly in the bottom pocket and the top pocket holds just about everything we need (dishes, pots/pans, dishtowels etc.) There really is a lot of space. There are elastic pockets on the inside that hold propane bottles, utensils etc.

Now the part we don't like. There is no support on in this bag. We thought this would be like the collapsible coolers, where the sides would have some sort of padding to help hold the shape. There is no support. If we don't fill it completely full, everything just slides all over the place.

We are happy with it overall and will be using it, but thought it could have a much better design.

5Holds the stove & so much more  Jul 07, 2007
By E. Kranz
You won't be able to carry this thing if you actually fill it. It's much larger than it appears - the stove actually fits in the bottom zipper area only and the rest is this large, vast chasm of space that you can use to hold the propane bottles and a 2 quart saucepan and a Coleman lantern and more, but beware - you can't over fill it but you may not be able to lift it. It's a great purchase and I have no regret getting this - at least the top portion is floppy so if you don't fill it stuffed full, it'll fall onto itself and not take up every bit of space in your vehicle. We were looking for something in case the grill got greasy and we didn't want it rubbing up against something and have grease transferred everywhere - it's been a good addition to our camping gear so far and has very sturdy sewn handles.

3Lots of storage  Jul 10, 2006
By B. Peters
I bought this canvas tote because it has a compartment made for my Coleman propane grill stove, and I figured I could fill the rest of it up with other cooking supplies. The pockets inside are handy and are a variety of sizes (2 just right for propane bottles, some smaller ones for spices or utensils). Previous reviewer makes a good point about the lack of reinforcement in the sides--it's only shaped like a square when it is fully loaded. Mine is maybe half-full in the top section, but with the stove in the bottom I don't care to make it too much heavier. It's definitely bigger than I was expecting, plenty of capacity. Overall, it gets the job done--my stove and all it's accessories are in one place, with lots of room left for miscellaneous camping storage.

4Works pretty well  Mar 31, 2008
By SkyeNoir
I agree with the previous reviews, that it would be better if this bag had some structure to it because it is floppy. But, I still like the bag anyhow. We have three of them. We use one for the camp stove on the bottom and cooking items and misc items on top. We use another one for the blow up beds and linens for them. The third we use as a duffel bag for clothes because the bottom works perfectly for shoes. It is a great place to put your shoes so they aren't mixed in with your clothing. There are also elastic mesh storage areas around the inside of the bag, which are good for toiletries. Oh, and this bag is BIG, bigger than I thought it would be. It might even possibly be good for carrying a medium load of firewood. It would be nice if there was a spot for a label on the bag, but I am just going to add my own hanging labels to the handles.

4Coleman to is very cool  Sep 15, 2007
By Charles A. Brandy
I purchased this tote to carry my new coleman stove and propane skillet. It is great for these 2 items. The bag is very large and I also put even more stuff in the tote. My only complaint is that Coleman should have given the sides more support. Otherwise the tote is great.

The Importance Of Lighting In Interior Design

   by Jessica Ackerman

Everyone knows how important paint color, furniture choices and artwork are to interior design. One aspect of design that is often overlooked, however, is lighting. Lighting not only affects the brightness of the room, but it can also change the way a paint color looks, cast shadows in ways that make the room seem smaller and have an impact on the presentation of art work.

There is no light like natural light. If you are buying, building or remodeling, opt for as much natural light as possible. Oversized windows and skylights are two ways to get the most natural light. Of course, not everyone is in the position to be able to do that, so you'll have to work with what you have.

How much natural light do you get in your room? If the room in question faces north, you won't get as much natural sunlight as you would in a southern facing room. Rooms that face south get bright, natural light throughout the day. Rooms that face east will only have good natural light in the morning hours and western facing rooms will have the most light during the afternoon.

Once you are familiar with how much natural light is in each room, you'll be able to make informed choices about what additional lighting may be necessary. Keep in mind that rooms with little or no natural light will need artificial lighting - even during the day - in order to look their best. Here are some types of lighting to consider.

1. Accent Lighting

Accent lighting is perfect when you want to showcase a piece of art or a special piece of furniture or other item. Since light draws the eye, it will bring attention to the features in your room that you wish to highlight.

2. Hanging Light Features

Chandeliers and smaller hanging lamps can be beautiful as well as functional. A trip to the local home improvement store will quickly show you how overwhelming the choices can be. You'll want to select lighting that blends in with your existing décor. For example, a crystal chandelier in a country themed dining room probably isn't the best option. If you don't choose carefully, your lighting may stick out like a sore thumb and become more of an eyesore than a lovely accent.

3. Recessed Lighting

Recessed lighting is a good choice for a room that needs extra light throughout the day. Because the lighting won't interfere with the existing decor, it can work in almost any room. It provides abundant light without taking up a lot of space or interfering with other aspects of the room.

4. Lamps

Using lamps are a way to add not only additional lighting, but also punches of color. If possible, see how much light the lamp gives off before leaving the store. Many lamps serve as decoration more than as a light source and give off very little light. If you love the lamp, but it doesn't give off quite enough light, consider changing the shade which will usually solve the problem.

When decorating your home, remember how important lighting is, and give it the same thought and attention you give to the other details of decorating your home.
