Return Policy

  • Once you purchase our merchandise, you the customer, are responsible for examining your package(s) upon delivery. This means that you are responsible for checking the contents of your package immediately.

  • In order to return a product, you the customer must contact Ogle Oodles by email within 2 days of receiving the item. You can also request an RMA by visiting Our RMA link below. If it is over the 2 day period, a return authorization request will be denied.
  • All unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to shipper as necessary. Please do not return an item without authorization.

  • No Refunds will be issued, and no returns accepted, on any items listed as "AS IS" or "CLOSEOUT" NO EXCEPTIONS!!

  • No Refunds/Exchanges/Credits will be given until Ogle Oodles has received the Original Order with Original packaging to our Warehouse.
  • All authorized returns must be received at our warehouse within 2 weeks from the date they are authorized.

  • At our sole discretion, we will issue a refund, a store credit, or an exchange after the item is returned to us.

  • We will issue a resolution for all returns within 2 weeks of return receipt. It is the customers responsibility to accept a resolution, if one is proposed, within 2 weeks of our proposal. If the resolution is not accepted within this time-frame, we reserve the right issue a mandatory resolution for your return.

  • We reserve the right to deny any request for return assistance at our discretion, if more than 30 days have passed since the date you purchased the item.

  • All returns are subject to re-stocking fees of 30% of the total sale

  • It is up to the Customer to pay the cost of Shipping/Freight on all Returns.

  • All Shipping Claims must be settled with carrier before issuing reimbursement for items lost or damaged in shipment.
